Hopcheck does not have accounts, does not store data, and does not send email. This policy describes what little data passes through the service and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you submit a URL for checking, that URL is sent to our server to perform the redirect trace. The URL you submit is not stored, logged, or retained after the check completes. No personal information is collected, requested, or required to use the service.

Our server receives standard HTTP request metadata: your IP address, user agent, and the time of the request. This data is visible in ephemeral server logs that are rotated automatically and are not associated with any account or identifier.

Cookies

Hopcheck does not set any cookies. No tracking, analytics, or session cookies are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. The redirect trace is performed server-side using standard HTTP requests; those requests are made to the URLs you provide and are subject to those sites' own logging and privacy practices.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts for typography. Google's privacy policy applies to the font file requests made by your browser when loading this page. No other third-party services are used.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. No separate notification will be sent.

Contact

No legal entity has been registered for this service yet. The operator must supply a contact method and jurisdiction before this policy can designate a point of contact. Until then, no mailbox or contact address is available.
